Originally from upstate New York, Reily now calls Austin home, where she lives with her husband and their dog. She is passionate about creating thoughtful, seamless wedding experiences that allow couples to be fully present on their day.

Reily began her career as an ER nurse, where she developed a natural ability to stay calm under pressure, manage complex situations, and anticipate needs before they arise. She brings that same level of organization, composure, and attention to detail into every event she plans.

Known for her warm, approachable style, Reily focuses on building strong relationships with her clients and ensuring every wedding feels personal, intentional, and well-executed from start to finish.

Outside of planning, she enjoys Pilates, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

What's the difference between the three planning tiers?
Day-of Coordination is for couples who have planned the wedding themselves and need a professional to run the day. The 90-Day Plan brings us in 90 days out as a partner through the home stretch. Full Event Planning is start-to-finish, including vendor selection, design direction, and complete logistical management. The right tier depends on how much of the planning you want to lead yourself.

How far in advance should we book?
For Full Planning, ideally 12+ months before the wedding. The 90-Day Plan works well at 3 months out. Day-of Coordination can be booked as late as a month out, though earlier is better. Popular Austin and Hill Country dates fill quickly — we recommend reaching out as soon as you know your date.

Do you travel for destination weddings?
Based in Austin, we plan weddings across Texas and beyond. No matter where your celebration is set, we're happy to explore how we can support your day. Reach out for more information.

What if we already have some vendors booked?
No problem at all. We work seamlessly with the vendors you've already chosen, and we bring our own curated network for any roles still open. Many of our couples come to us with the venue and photographer already locked in.

Is the pricing inclusive of vendors and design?
No. Our pricing covers the planning and coordination service itself. Vendor costs (catering, florals, photography, venue, etc.) are separate and managed within the budget we build together. We're transparent about every cost from the first conversation.

Will we work with Reily directly?
Yes. Reily personally leads every engagement from the first conversation through the wedding day. For larger events, she brings on additional team members for the weekend itself, but she is your point of contact and the lead planner throughout the process.

What does a typical engagement look like?
After an initial consultation, we send a tailored proposal. Once you book, we schedule regular planning meetings (cadence depends on your tier), and you'll have direct email and text access to Reily throughout. Every wedding is run on a clear timeline with documented decisions, vendor briefs, and a master day-of plan.

Do you plan smaller events like rehearsal dinners on their own?
Yes. Rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, corporate gatherings, and milestone celebrations can be booked as standalone events. Pricing is custom-quoted based on scope.

How does honeymoon planning work?
Honeymoon planning can be added to any wedding engagement or booked on its own. We design custom itineraries, book accommodations, secure reservations, and handle the on-the-ground logistics — so the trip feels as effortless as the wedding did.

What's the booking process and deposit?
After an initial call and a proposal you're happy with, we send a contract and request a 30% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is paid on an agreed schedule leading up to the wedding. Specifics are always confirmed in the contract.
